How do I get an invitation?

The invitations are sent out by the exhibitors.
Please get in touch with one of your suppliers.

Are badges transferable?

Your badge is registered in your name and is non-transferable.
You will be asked to present it each time you enter and exit the different show areas.

I’m a student, how do I get my badge?

If you’re a student:
Request your badge online by registering as ‘Visitor, occupation Student’. There is a charge for admission to the show, which is exclusively for industry professionals. However, students of legal age enrolled on wine courses can attend free of charge, provided they upload a valid student card in their name when registering. Your request will be authorised within 48 hours, and you can then finalise your registration and download your badge.

I’m a Club Vinexpo Member, how do I get my badge?

You will have received an invitation email with your login details to register. Please go to www.club.vinexpo.com to register and print your badge. Print your badge to beat the queues at the entrance. If you can’t find your login details, please email us at club@vinexpo.com

Is it possible to buy a visitor badge for one day only?

There is only one type of badge, valid for all 4 days of the show, and giving access to the entire Vinexpo Bordeaux exhibition, all its different areas, talks and masterclasses (excluding invitation-only events). You can simply visit the show for one day or several days.

What are the different ticket prices for the show?

Visitors:
€20: early bird rate, during the first month of registration
€40: discounted online rate available until 12 May.
€60: at the show and online

Producers: the advance sale rate for producers is €80 / €100 when the show opens.

I’m having trouble registering, what should I do?

Ensure you’ve correctly completed all parts of the registration form. If registering for the first time, you’ll need to upload a supporting document (the show is exclusively for industry professionals – see the terms and conditions on our website).

What should I do if I don’t receive my electronic badge after registering online?

Once your registration is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email to the address provided, with a link for printing your electronic badge. Don’t forget to check your spam/ junk email folders.

You can also find your badge in your online account area. To access it, enter your login details.

What should I do if I can’t print my badge?

Welcome desks will be available at the show’s entrances for help with printing your access badge. You can show your smart phone to print your badge. No badges will be sent by post. It is strongly recommended that you order your badge and print it before the show to avoid waiting at the show’s entrance. You can find it in your confirmation email.

How do I access my online account area?

To access your online account area, you must first purchase your badge. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your login details, together with a direct link to your online account area.

How do I recover my password if I forget it?

Click on ‘forgotten password’ under ‘already registered’. You’ll receive an email with your login details.

What is your online account area for?

Your online account area can be used to:

  • Print your badge
  • Print your payment receipt
  • Buy additional badges for your colleagues
  • Get an invitation letter for your Visa formalities
  • Access One to Wine Meetings: a free, personalised appointment booking service
  • Planning your visit

How do I obtain proof of payment?

Your payment receipt can be downloaded from your online account area by clicking on the ‘my receipt’ tab.

Does my Vinexpo Bordeaux 2019 badge allow me to access La Grande Dégustation on 12 May?

The visitor badge allows free access to La Grande Dégustation on 12 May.

Symposium: you must have a Vinexpo Bordeaux 2019 badge: Visitor – Exhibitor – Press – Academy.

Vinexpo Academy: the terms and conditions for attending each event are specified in the Academy programme (‘by invitation’ or ‘free admission’). However, all participants must have a Vinexpo badge.

The Blend: exclusively for people attending Vinexpo, you must have a Vinexpo Bordeaux 2019 badge: Visitor – Exhibitor – Press – Academy

Le Dîner du Palais: access to this dinner is by invitation only from exhibitors.

Are my badges exchangeable or refundable?

Purchased badges are not exchangeable or refundable.

How can I download the official app for Vinexpo Bordeaux 2019 and what does it do?

The show’s app is available for iOS and Android (from March 2019). It provides information about the entire show and its services (map, exhibitor list, Academy masterclasses and talks programme, Vinexpo Daily etc.). You can also log in to your online account area to get your badge.

Where can I find the show plan?

On the show’s mobile app and on our Vinexpo Bordeaux 2019 website, available from March 2019.

How do I get an invitation letter for Visa formalities?

Go to your online account area to get your badge. Once registered, from your online account area you can complete the form that will enable you to compile the official Vinexpo invitation letter and obtain your Visa.

Can I receive the list of exhibitors as an Excel / PDF file?

The list can be viewed on the show’s app and on our website (from March 2019), but we can’t send any files.

Where can I find the talks and tastings programme?

On the show’s mobile app and on our website from March 2019.

What are the show’s opening hours?

  • Monday 13 to Wednesday 15 May: 9 am to 6:30 pm
  • Thursday 16 May: 9 am to 4:30 pm

What are the terms and conditions for entrance to the show?

Badges must be worn at all times. Each badge is personal and non-transferable. Any duplication of the badge is strictly prohibited and will be detected. Any fraudulent use will result in the immediate confiscation of the badge and action may be taken against its holder. Your identity may be checked at the show’s entrance.

I’m not in the trade, can I access the show?

Vinexpo Bordeaux 2019 is a B2B event exclusively for wine and spirits professionals, or professionals in related sectors, as well as journalists.

Is there a minimum age for attending the show?

People aged under 18 are not allowed into the show.
Any person with a child will be refused entry.

Can I bring my pet with me?

Animals are not permitted inside the Bordeaux Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Are accompanied children allowed into the show?

Any person with a child will be refused entry.

How do I get to the show?

  • Via the free Vinexpo shuttles: from Bordeaux station, airport, and city centre
  • By car: follow the signs for Bordeaux-Lac, Rocade A630, exit 4 from Pont d’Aquitaine, and exit 4a from the airport. Free car park (not monitored).
  • By tram: direct access via tram line C, towards the stop ‘Parc des expositions / Stade Matmut Atlantique’.
  • Bus: line / Lianes 15, ‘Parc des Expositions’ stop
  • Bike: you can use a VCub self-service bike docking station
  • Helicopter: heliport available

What special provisions are made for people with reduced mobility?

Accessible parking spaces near the entrance, an accessible welcome booth, accessible sanitary facilities.

Can I eat at the show?

There are several catering options at the show.

Is there an exhibitor list?

The exhibitor list can only be viewed on our website or on the show’s mobile app (from March 2019).

How can I get the printed Academy programme?

The printed programme will be available at the show, at the information points and in the Daily News, the show’s daily newspaper distributed every morning. The programme is also available on our website and on the app (available in March 2019).

Do you have a translation service?

We do not have a translation service at the show. However, events at the Academy are in English and are simultaneously interpreted into several languages. The languages are shown in the programme.

Is there a show newspaper, and if so, how do I get it?

Yes, the Vinexpo Daily is freely available within the show, or can be viewed on the show’s mobile app and on our website.

Are there any ATMs at the show?

An ATM is available at the show by door 13.

Where is the first aid station located?

The first aid station is located in Hall 2, block 7, on the ground floor.
